In our class, we will be starting our Measurement math topic on Thursday.
I've been working a little bit on this during centers the past couple of days and have come up with a few quick work pages that the kids have really enjoyed.
The leprechaun page has less measurement practice and is good for a beginning sheet. I added the straight line for students to measure against, creating a more successful experience.

Since tomorrow is Dr. Seuss day, I figured a Cat in the Hat page would be appropriate.
(The large dark bar is there on purpose - I have found that it's less frustrating for the kiddos to measure against a straight line than an image).
I added some additional units of measurement to this one as the kids were zipping through the other pages and needed a bit of a challenge. :)
If you can use it, the image is linked to the download.
I will be adding more non-standard measurement pages over the course of this topic.
Feedback and comments are very much appreciated!
These are both WONDERFUL. Thank you!!

I love these! I am going to delete inches so my preschoolers can do it, but this is a great idea! I'm so excited to do this for one of our math activities next week!
